Tired of Chasing Paperwork?
You're flat out on site all day. Then you get home and there's quotes to write, invoices to send, and customers asking when they'll get their paperwork.
It's exhausting. And if you're not great with computers, it's even worse.
You just want to do the work, get paid, and go home.
What Onwork Does
Onwork helps you create quotes and invoices in minutes. Not hours.
It keeps everything in one spot. Your customer details. Your job notes. Your pricing. All there when you need it.
No confusing menus. No features you'll never use. Just the basics done properly.
And if you make a mistake? You can fix it. Nothing breaks.
How It Works
Add Your Job Details
Put in the customer name, what you're quoting for, and your price. That's it. Nothing is locked in yet — you can always go back and change things.
We Create the Quote
Onwork turns your details into a proper-looking quote. You can preview it before sending. If something's not right, just fix it and preview again.
Send and Get Paid
Email the quote to your customer. When they accept, turn it into an invoice with one click. They can pay you online if you want. Done.
Built for Sydney Sparkies
Whether you're doing residential call-outs in the Western Suburbs, commercial fit-outs in the CBD, or installs on the Northern Beaches — Onwork works how you work.
Use it on site from your phone. Or at home on your laptop. Your jobs and customer details are always there.
Try it for free. See if it fits how you work.
